Won't render when creating movies for computer and freezes half way in to compiling dvd production for burning or preview. Disabled win firewall and Norton, uninstalled and reinstalled - no change

What computer do you have ? Please post the dxdiag.exe evaluation of the computer . Follow these instructions exactly (link)

Where did you get the movies? What format are they?

What application in the suite are you using - Edit Video-Advanced?

I am also having problems burning a dvd of a slideshow using MyDVD.  I tried using your link above to post the dxdiag but it didn't direct me anywhere.  Any advice??
