I am using V-7 and V-8 on the same computer and recently made a video DVD from downloaded internet clips. Initially I made it in V-8 and noticed the quality just wasn't up to my standards (grainy). Created the exact same thing in V-7 and the quality is much better. I read in another post where the rendering is different in V-9. For those of you who have been using it, does the final product look better than in V-8? Thanks.

EMC 9 is better, but you can try something in EMC 8. Switch to Software rendering, and try it.
Life is good!

EMC9 has been perfect for me and better than 8. In my opinion, 7(7.5) was better than 8 and 9 is as good or better than 7(7.5).
