Using MS IE 6.0 and everytime I try to activate MPEG-2 get IE script error. Has anyone had this problem or does anyone know solution. MyDVD is useless. I uninstalled and reinstalled so many times that I have lost count. Tried disconnecting online and this did not work. Is there a manual activation process that I can use without having to use IE. Thanks for any help.

If it isn't already done, disable script debugging. In IE6, there are two boxes for that, under Tools/Internet Options/Advanced. Scroll down to Browsing, and you will see both boxes there. Make sure they are both checked.

I don't know if it will make a difference, but give it a try.

I had a problem activating the MPEG, so I disconnected from the net. When trying to activate, I got the option for doing it manually, and it worked.

Thanks for advise. Boxes in IE were checked and now unchecked and still getting script error. Couldn't get manual to work.
