Main Audio Operation Failed

I'm trying to add background audio to a slideshow.  It keeps giving me "menu audio operation failed".  Any help would be appreciated.

More info. please.  What program are you using -- WV, MyDVD or some assistant?  What format is the music.  Where did you get it. On what track are you adding it?
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.

I have emc  8, using myDVD, and the track is mp3 from my computer.  Thank you
