when I create my CD label in Roxio Label Creator then go to print it, I can't choose which of the two CD labels on the sheet I want to print on. I chose my type of paper and from the image it displays, the software appears to know what label on the sheet I want to print on. However, I can't find anywhere to choose which label on the sheet I want to print on since I have two labels on the sheet.

In EZ Media Creator 7.5 I could choose which one I wanted to print on in the print menu.

OK, that sort of fixed the problem, but I notice another one. Now I noticed that it won't save my paper type in the print menua nd every time I print, I have to select my ppaer type again.

Yep, no fix for that one. Sorry :)
I just checked V9 and it appears that the label selection is maintained. Don't upgrade to V9 just for this.

Boy, am I glad you posted this one. I've been pulling out my hair (what's left) trying to print the bottom Avery label. The hotfix fixed the problem. whew!
You can see my posts about my problem. :)
