Post-Burn Problems with Toast 6 Artifacts and Quality Loss

Hello,

After creating a DVD using Toast 6, I noticed that when I played it on my DVD player it would have artifacts all over the video as well as major quality loss. All in all, the video was impossible to watch.

The media that was used for the DVD was a DVD-r burned at 4x on a G5. I was wondering if there is a software update available to fix this, or the problem is caused by something else. The version of Toast I'm using is 6.1.1.
