when trying to install roxio recordnow premier 8, I get an error message, error code.03F2 80030070. I cannot seem to get any help talking to Roxanne so I am trying to get help here. I did understand that the code means that I don't have enough space but how do I resolve this? Help.

How much free space do you have on your C drive? You can delete files you don't want and uninstall the application you no longer use from Add or Remove Programs if you want to free up space. Also you can delete you files in your Temp folder C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Local Settings\Temp

I am getting the same error code, with 447GB of free space on the hard drive, using the administrator account with no files in the Temp folder.
