:) As a long-time user of Creator7, I'd thought I'd give Creator9 a try in hopes that it would be an improvement.  Well, I'm going to uninstall it and go back to 7.  I spent all afternoon and countless sheets of paper and CD case forms trying to get it to print the forms in the correct place.  For some reason, it insists on printing the front cover way to the left.  The back was close to the mark but still off by a quarter of an inch or so.  I've used a number of different software packages over the years for label printing (including Creator7), but this is the first one that doesn't line up with the form formats.  With all the high-tech stuff in 9, you'd think, they'd get the easy stuff right.

You did try the "adjust printer" part of the software at some point during your afternoon to get things to print in the right place?

What happened when you tried it? Did it not work for you?

Also make sure you choose Media Type: Commercial and then the correct Paper Type (Avery, CD Stompper, HP, etc.).

Don't know if this is the same problem...but. I had a similar problem getting it to line up. When I went through the alingment steps (when you reinsert the paper) it was never even in the circle to give it the letters so it would line up. The sheet says to reinsert the page this direction with two big arrows!!! After wasting alot of paper. I said what the hell and reinserted the paper the complete opposite way it said. And then it came out right withend the letters so i could give it the line up letters. So I gave it the the letters and withend 1 min. all was lined up perfect!! .................Hopes this helps!!

The 'arrows' point to the top of the page. In some printers, the page would be reinserted face up, arrows pointing down like on most Epson.  On most HP printers, the page would be face down with arrows pointing away from you.  I say 'most' because there are exceptions in both cases.  It's up to the USER to understand how their printer works.
