I can provide any pictures necessary I just don't have the DVD that came with my capture card, I lost it and haven't been able to find it anywhere, is there any way that I could just download it, or download it to a flash drive? I've still got the key that came with card though, it's even registered through my profile. It says though that I have two Roxio Came Capture HDs registered but I only have one.

You'll have to contact Rox_Ralf and give him your information. Click on the link (his user name in the previous sentence) then click on the "Send me a message" button on that page.

Download the SP 2.0 service pack it is the whole program.

Just download it run it and install your CD Key when asked.

I'm just a fellow user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may have provided.
