Question

Yesterday I bought Creator nxt3 online. I started downloading and put in the product code. The code was accepted but the installation failed. I tried downloading again to install but when I put the product code in it said product code can not be verified. I have a project I need to finish and would like to get the program working. I sent an email through support but did not get a response. Does anyone have a phone number or solution for me. I really appreciate it.

I'm going to suggest that it's unlikely you'll get a response from anyone at Roxio this weekend.

 

Tell us a little about your project, and maybe we can come up with a workaround to get you going? Did you have a previous version of Creator you were using before?

I suggest you finish your project in your previous version. NXT 3 may not be compatible with your old project file.

 

FYI: "downloading" refers to downloading a file from a website. "Installing" means installing the dowloaded software on your computer. Using the correct terms avoids confusion about what you are doing.

Good afternoon-

 

I had to reformat my hard drive due to an issue I had. Installing on my newly formatted hard drive I enter in my license key and I get "key used too many times" which stops the installation process.

 

I read elsewhere in the forum that I am supposed to send a private message to Ralf to get the key issue sorted. Is this correct? I sent him a note about 24 hours ago and I am awaiting a response. I just want to make sure I am following the proper process. I've found that the digital river folks can help with download links but they don't seem to have any ability to help regarding the CD KEY.

 

Thanks for any help that can be given to this.

Did you look to see if he had replied - top right of this page. Did you send him the information he needs to follow up on your order??

 

Also remember he is probably a half a world away and needs to sleep sometimes as well as has other duties.
