Toast 6 Titanium came bundled with software on a recently purchased MacBook Pro. Any attempt to open Toast produces a set up dialogue box requiring a CD Key number to be entered. As much as I can gather thus far from the Roxio support website is that I'm supposed to find the CD Key number by opening "About Roxio Toast" in the pulldown menu. But "About Roxio Toast" is dimmed and cannot be selected while the set up dialogue box is open; and closing the dialogue box also closes the Toast program. How exactly am I supposed to open and use this program? All attempts to communicate with Roxio run into other versions of this Catch-22 and I've never received a reply of any sort. I raised this on the Apple discussion board and the responses suggested that any efforts to get Toast to work were probably doomed but I'll post it here just in case anybody knows anything before I remove the program.
