A person of few words.
What are you trying to copy the video to? Does your computer recognize that the portable device is plugged in? Do you see it as a device when you look at "My Computer"? Can you see what you are trying to copy in the left hand window? What do you see as options on the right hand side when you click on the drop down arrow? And , of course, what are you trying to copy to the portable device?
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.

I'm trying to copy an episode of desperate housewives onto my ipod. I already converted the video to MPEG. But when i plug in my ipod, i don't see it in 'my computer.' On the left window, i have the video there. On the right side, on the drop menu, under destination, i have it under 'ipod' but next to it where you can pick the portable storage device, it won't let me click on it!. What's wrong?!
