Streaming video capture

And if so, what format are supported?  For example, if I log on to YouTube, is there a way to capture a macromedia flash video and then convert it to another format (i.e. mpeg)? TIA for your help!

As far as I know, EMC 9 can not capture streaming video. It can capture stream audio with most audio cards.

Yes, I've researched this and learned a lot over the last few weeks, experimented with various applications, none of which worked properly ...except:  www.keepvid.com!  Free, works like a charm! :)
