When trying to burn a dvd, I get a "certificate file is missing or corrupted. Please re-install" message. How do I fix this? I've already removed and re-installed the program.

Unfortunately you must do a clean unistall and reinstall. There is a Kb article on how to do this.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
