Is there a deluxe verison of EMC9 like there is for EMC8?
I can't find any reference to it. I currently have EMC 8 deluxe and want to upgrade everything, not just part of the suite that I currently have.

Nope, only one version and I've heard nothing about another version being available. What you get with 9 is all that's available.
