Toast Titanium Pro 10 Problems With Key

Question

Good afternoon,

I'm TOAST 10 TITANIUM PRO problems. I have the original CD TOAST.

Does not accept the authentication key.

I had a computer problem and I had to install the software all over again.

I can not authenticate with the key TOAST.

I've done the update ROXIO Software and did nothing.

I'm using Mac OS X 10.9.5 Mavericks

Can not find the contact in writing with ROXIO

Someone can help me.

Send a private message to Rox-Ralf. He may be able to help. Usually problems with the key are that the letter O and number 0, or the letter I and the number 1 get mistaken. If you registered Toast your registration key is available on your login page on the Roxio site.

How do I get to Rox-Ralph, Can you help me?

The key is registered in roxio and already comfirmei several vezez the key and not of anything.

I've run the site and all ROXIO not I access a contact.

I'll jumped from a place to another and nothing.
