It is going to be very difficult without you telling us more. What are the specs on your computer. When do you get this error,? Can you open any of the programs? You mentioned "create DVD button". Did you try opening MyDVD from the Home Applications list? Do any of the programs open? If not, perhaps your computer does not meet the minimum requirements or perhaps you have a bad install. Try going to Windows/Add remove Programs/ and do a repair install on EMC 8. Make sure you have disconnected from the internet, shut down all other running programs like anti-virus and anti-mal ware. You may have to do a complete uninstall later. Please post you computer specs and a little more detail and well try to see if we can help.

I have 700mhz Intel Pentium III Processor.
I have 256 MB RAM.
I have also downloaded the Service Pack 2.
It seems that the Computer have all that it needs.
I had everything Professionally installed.

Henry,
Your 700 mhz (0.7 GHZ) computer is much too slow to do anything with video or even slide shows. You need one at least twice as fast. 1.4 GHZ. In addition, you probably have an on board video card. That also will add to your problems. If you can, return the product an d use something that will work with your computer; Microsoft has Windows Movie Maker (already on your computer) and they have a free slide show program called Photo Story 3. They should work with your computer.
