I'm obviously a novice at this, but am having no luck with manual etc.  I have a program that has a backup feature.  It lets me put in a location to back up.  One is on the hard drive and the other is to a cd burner.  However, I keep getting the error message to insert a blank cd.  The drive works and there is a cd in the burner.  In older versions of creator I just had to put the drive letter in and the files were put on the cd.  Now, with creator 9, this isn't happening.   I've also tried to be within creator 9 and add files, but not sure this is getting the job done correctly if I need to use the info to actually restore to the program.

I sure would appreciate some help.
