Am now having a problem with Creator 2010 ? When I try & open it, Windows is giving me an error "A problem has caused the program to stop working properly". Where can I re-install the software?

You can reinstall/repair it by using he same files you originally installed from.

But you've told us essentially nothing. Do you have a disc version? Or a download version? If you have a downloaded version, then obviously, it means you'll have to use the files you originally downloaded, which would either be on your hard drive somewhere, or whatever DVD discs(s) you backed them up onto. If you have the disc version, use that disc.

I guess another question would be, have you upgraded anything on your computer recently that might have caused this problem? In particular, did you upgrade to a newer version of Windows?
