Got IE7?
Most here recommend using VideoWave to make the slideshow, then take it to MyDVD from there and burn to file first.
If all is well at that point, use Disc Copier to burn that file to disc.

Hi, thanks for taking the time to reply, regarding the pinned post, yes tried that made no difference, concerning which program was using didnt realise there was more than one, just clicked slideshow qnd the slidshow assistant opened.
However have just tried making the slideshow in Cinemagic as suggested and so far no error codes have been spotted, never considered that as assumed that was only for films.
So hopefully (fingers crossed) all will be ok!!!!!!!!!

Oops, James suggested VideoWave. Although Cinemagic works, the best bet is VideoWave. You'll have more control and you can add video and still images together in one show. You can select your own music. You can output it in many formats and you can use the project directly in MyDVD to burn to disc.

Right, I found the video wave but it hasn't helped, whenever I try to do a movie a warning box appears and says *** error NULL = pdraw.p , also whatever I try to do, play preiview etc another box appears with nothing in it if I click details then just see an empty box.

You may just as well try all the fixes pinned at the top of this forum. Try this one, next.
Also, list your system specs.
Other things to do: Get rid of spyware/malware on your computer, using the free versions of AdAware and Spybot. Then, defrag your hard drive.

Yer right lol. Its a Dell with xp. dual core or something like that, itf there is a way of making a nice list like yours let me know and I will do it.
Is this right, after amking the movie in video wave, click on output as then do all and Create vidio file.
Then how do I burn onto a disk as I still get an error message when doing it in mydvd. Allthough |I can watch the movie in windows media player. AARRGGHH
