Will Cineplayer 4.5 as delivered with EMC 8 play mpg files. My app closes and files a microsoft error report when I try to load an mpg video file. It does work with a dvd disc or dmsd file. Thank you for any info.

Sorry for some misinformation. I just tried to load a dmsd file into Cineplayer and I got an error message that cineplayer had to shut down and a recommendation to reboot my system?

A dmsd file is not a video; it is a road map and instructions for a project. It will not play in any application. You would need to turn that project into a format that can be seen. Where did you get the mpg2 files; Cineplayer should play that.
