When I try to change the folders that are being watched, the program does not allow me to uncheck a subfolder. If I try to uncheck everything and only check the folders I want watched, none of the folders checked stay watched and when I again open up the watched folder list, no folders are checked. They will not remain checked. Does anyone else have this happen? And how can I fix it. I don't want all the folders under My Documents to be watched.

A lot of people have stopped Media Manager but I haven't.I can't recreate the problem if I understand it correctly. If you open it,go to My Documents is the folder checked? If so can you uncheck it and then only check the sub folders below it that you want watched?
I went to it,tried checking only a couple subfolders, closed MM,then reopened it and the subs were still checked. After I checked a couple and hit ok I could hear my drive working like it was scanning those folders.
You should be able to do this.If not you might try a repair of the installation from the Control Panel.
