Recently purchased Dell XPS with Win 7 and two DVD burners on it to copy edited videos made with my cameras. I put DVD in and try to copy, but is as If program stalls. I have to use task manage to kill program. I have plenty of memory and disk space. Have tried turning off Virus scanner to no avail. Are there any suggestions?

HOW are you copying?

NXT 3 is a Suite which consists of about 30 some programs, of which maybe 7 or so can "copy"...

So which ONE are you using?

What settings?

How are you hooked up?

Does it actually have a Roxio software suite on it, and if so, which one?

Assorted computers in Windows XP, 7, and 10.
