sonic decoders do not work on vista and wmp 11

I have Windows Vista and Windows Media Player 11, and the Sonic decoders do not work. Even the decoder compatibility checker for WMP tells me it will not work. Is there any way I can fix this? If not, I would like my monye back, especially considering that support for this product is horrible.

Sorry but I think Sonic won't comply.You're trying to use 2 software pieces that are both in Beta form,whether they are RC's or not.Until the final releases are out no one is going to guarantee compatibility.
Also this is a users forum so asking for your money back here is falling on deaf ears,contact Sonic support for that.
