You would have to contact Roxio. This isn't Roxio, it's a users forum. If you're still within the 30 day money back warranty of buying it from Roxio, then you could return it I suppose.

I'd like to know before I pay $25 for support and it be pointless.

 

It's been since Nov. 2012 so.

I would say you are SOL after all this time, you could try Customer Service (its free).
