Disk spanning works for pure audio CD's and for data disks. Anyone got it working for the audio creator for mp3/wma disks??

I don't know if it works or not, but your user name is childish. You might consider changing it, if you really want to be considered serious. This is not a gaming forum.

I'm not sure why you'd want to try and accomplish this.Is there a particular reason you're trying to do this?I've never tried to do it with any kind of audio disc and doing it with data discs is usually just inviting trouble trying to read the file where the discs span.

I did not want to split a file across disks. What I wished to do was add a lot of music to create 6 CD's (for the car) and have the software show me six seperate disks as it does in the audio burn setup. That way I can move tracks around etc between disks to create the disks - rather then trying to remember which songs I put on which disk when doing each one individually. I could use the data burner but I would have to rename the tracks manually and mp3's across six cd's is a lot of renaming.

I don't think it will do what you're trying to do.As you can see in this pic I added enoug for about 6 discs and it adds all the track but doesn't show where they would split.Like you said if you were to create an Audio cd instead of an mp3 cd then it does show where the discs break and you can manipulate where the breaks are and can move the tracks around.
