RecordNow 8 Startup

Hi All,
I can not restart RecordNow 8 after it has been launched for the first time. It will work again after re-boot or system restart.
If I look at my task manager I see that ROXIO_CENTRAL.EXE is still running after I have exited from the program. Ending this process with task manager and then restarting RecordNow 8 works without a problem. I would like to know how I can fix this problem without having to end the process through the task manager.

System Info: Win-XP PRO/SP2
