I just installed the Easy Media Creator Suite 8 and I cannot get it to recognize the CD-R format CD.
I have tried a couple of different brands but still not working. It does recognize the CD-RW and DVD+R. It will READ the CD-R format but to to record. It says either to insert a recordable disk or if one is inserted that there is no disk in the drive. Am I missing something or do I need an upgrade ...HELP !!!!

You may be in need of updated firmware.  Check with your mfg. to see if there is an update.
