Hi all,
I've been using EMC9 for a few weeks now and as far as I know I have registered it properly and therefore I would assume it has been activated. Now every time I try to copy a DVD I get a message that the product needs to be activated. I follow the procedure and then I get the message "There was an error tryiing to activate this producet" and the only option I have is to cancel the activation attempt. What haven't I done???

Do you assume it's been activated because you've already done so? Try the manual activation?
