MyDVD Dell Edition Fragments of Nero are interfering

After creating a slide show in Adobe Photoshop Elements, I output to wmv file. I tried to burn a DVD thru MyDVD but get a fatal error that says I must reinstall Nero. I had a trial version of Nero, but even before I had that trial version, I was able to burn a DVD with no problems. Does anybody have a clue as to what I should do?
