MPEG-2 Activation

So, I got Roxio, and it was working for days, with no problems, and now there is a problem with this MPEG-2 activation, and there is no script error, it just says it can not be activated... any suggestions??

', 'smid_6')I just got my activation to work by calling Roxio tech support. You will have to disconnect your internet connection and manually activate when they give you a new 25 digit code. Be patient: I was on hold for 25 minutes.
