Roxio Can't find Internet connection

I just installed ver 9, when it was time to register the product it said it couldn't find the internet connection. Every thing else on the computer can find the connection, why can't Roxio?

You sure? I think it said it couldn't connect to the server.

No it says it cannot find the internet connection.
