Roxio Can't find Internet connection

I just installed ver 9, when it was time to register the product it said it couldn't find the internet connection. Every thing else on the computer can find the connection, why can't Roxio? :)

You sure?  I think it said it couldn't connect to the server.

No it says it cannot find the internet connection.

Turn off your firewall or internet security and see if that helps.

That was it, I didn't think to look there because all of my other programs connect automatically with no problem. THANKS! :)

Depending on what firewall you use, this may or may not happen.  Glad all is good!
