No it is not related to any other thread. My CinePlayer program has been corrupted and I downloaded a copy with extended Download Service from Roxio (Digital River) but no Serial Number came with the download so I can't re-install the program. They emailed me an unlock code but the install program needs a Serial Number. I emailed Customer Service back, so hopefully they can supply me with what I need.

Usually when you download,the serial number comes in a seperate email.If you haven't gotten it then you'll need to either contact Roxio directly or Digital River.Sorry we can't help with these kind of issues.
