I have done a very clean install of EMC 9 on my laptop - it was a complete software reinstall after a complete crash.  EMC9 works great but I can't cut a DVD because the program wants to activate the MPEG features.  I have tried the activation five times at different times of day but the activation always fails.  I have verified full Internet connectivity.  What should I do or who should I call? :)

See if this thread helps you.  There's lots of info in the forum about activation if you type in the word 'activation' in the search box.
