I know this will be an embarressment to me.But Sunday I bought the new Roxio 9.I also replaced one of my old pc's.My grand son came over monday to install it for me.Only because I can't breath.So the next day I opened up the package layed the cd's on my desk.Got started setting up some other items.A few hours later when I downloaded my Roxio and it ask for the key code which is all ways on the folder it can not be found.I have the box,book,and CD's but no folder has far has I know I never took it from this office.I did send an email to Roxio but never heard from them really did not expect to.

My guestion is does any one know of a way to get another key code ?? I have all my proof of purchase.

You'll have to call customer service on this one I believe.

Agreed Paul. If you have your proof of purchase Steve, you shouldn't have any problems getting a key code that will work...There's no one on the forum that can help you with your problem, so try Customer Service again.
