I'm not sure about this but when Quick Find finishes running,at the bottom of the box there is a settings button. If you push it Media Manager comes up.Try disabling Media Manager and see if it stops Quick Find from running. You can turn it off from your task bar, right clicking on the icon and hitting "stop watching folders".You can also go into msconfig and uncheck RoxWatchTray9 and reboot your computer.

Anyone know if I can uninstall just Media Manager. I know that will fix the problem.

You can uninstall Media Manager using the Control Panel and do a Modify of your Installation. Not sure that it's going to kill Quick Find but it's worth a try.
