Will Roxio burn mp4 to dvd?

Sure  Creator and similar will burn most formats to data DVD but so will Windows.  Now do you want to be able to play that DVD in a home DVD player?  If the mp4 file is protected, it will not work with it.  mp4 are just mpeg 4 video files.   DVDs that are to be played on a home DVD player have the mpg2 format so a conversion and a menu may need to be crerated.

Your question so so basic that perhaps I'm missing something.  Do you have one of the 30 or so Roxio products or are you looking for one?.

I'm using Roaxio Creator NXT2. I want to play mp4 video on home dvd player. I'm trying windows movie maker to convert, so will see how it works. Ive tried with Roxio, but must be doing somethin wrong. Wont work on player. The mp4 is not protected.

If you don't tell us what you are doing then how can we tell if you are doing it wrong. Why don't you simply tell us step by step what you are doing.

NXT 2 has no problems creating a DVD from mp4 files.
