It's possible you have auto-run turned off. Open Windows Explorer, click or double-click on the drive letter, find the Setup application and double-click that.

Look carefully at the pic I posted.

Does yours say 'Product Is Not Activated'?

I just tried to install my Roxio VHS to DVD Plus and it says the same thing as the screenshot above. "Product is not activated" and wont let me go any further. I bought this from Bestbuy online so I called Bestbuy for assistance. They were quick to say I needed to call Roxio. I said if I bought it from Bestbuy wouldnt it be Bestbuy to activate it? They said no it was Roxio who could fix it. So now waiting for Roxio to call me back? I see on feeds I am not the only one with this issue. Has anyone gotten this resolved? Anything you can share to help me? Thanks.

Bestbuy is feeding you B.S.

The product was made to be sold retail and only activated when bought at the checkout.

It is a Bestbuy problem your wasting your time with Roxio.
