I was just wondering if this product is still supported (since we seem to be bounced from one place to another when trying to get support) and if there are plans to support upcoming Windows Vista.
If so are there any plans on letting users upgrade to a Vista compatible version? I tried the app and really like it but it doesn't seem to work on my Vista platform thus I have put the purchase on hold.

I'll second that question.  The conversion kicks off and about 2 seconds later it comes back and says it is complete.

I'd ask when the next update is but I've given up on that.  I've had MyTV ToGo since LAST december and I've only seen one update since I purchased.  But I've seen a lot of... next month... soon... even "By the end of November" 2006.  Looks like that date was missed too given that today is 2-Dec-06.

I'm not sure if the old moderator "Kim (MyTv ToGo)" is still around, you may remember me, I was sending you HD recordings to see if the audio sync could be fixed.  If you are, I'd be more then happy to beta test this update that has been promised since about Jan 06!  I guess it will be released when the next Duke Nukem comes out.

You have a great product here and some impressive improvements have been promised... I just hope all of us paid customers will get access to that new product when it arrives???  That would be a GREAT christmas gift this year!

-a dissapointed customer (bjk.qaz on the original forum)

I just bought this product at the end of November 2006, and it does not work for me.  I have my own post, but nobody has replied to it.  Does anyone have a phone number for tech support at roxio or an actual email address for someone who works there?  I would like my problem fixed or my money back.
