regarding subtitles and dvdit6 pro:
I am having huge problems with this program, so called professional dvd authoring software,
I am trying to get some subtitles into my dvd project,
everything works fine when i do a little clip and one or two menues,
but when I do my whole project, adding a few subtitles, 11 movies (avi) and 4 menues,
simulating the disc works fine,
but then when burning the image I get
"stream type mismatch -19023" error
I searched the internet and found a bunch of people having this same problem, but unfortunately i couldnt find any solution,
does anyone know what this means,
and if this is a real bug, do I get my money back? because then this is truly false advertising as they claim you can add up to 32 subtitles,
please help, I am very frustrated,
thanks,

have you ever tried to contact Sonic support?
http://support.sonic.com/
http://support.sonic.com/
yes I have,
I guess youre the moderator and working for roxio/sonic,
heres my experiences with your "fine" company while contacting sonic.com and their phone support,
- since you're asking:
I registered my product, couldnt log in to the sonic.com website to get some support for the subtitle issue,
first time i tried was a month and a half ago,
when trying to login it says my email address was found in the database, and when i entered my password on the next screen it says password incorrect, and then i click on the recover password button and it says my email is not found in the database, a catch22 in other words, no way to get in,
the website admittedly has some problems right now with the login according to the telephone support,
this was a month and a half ago, I have tried repeadely since then,
I called them 3 times, was suppose to pay $35 per call,
I hung up the first time due to this, got through the second and they tried the same login as me right there, but couldnt do it either, I then tried calling once more with the same result,
the telephone support people said that they were either unable to help me and that i could try to login later, or that they would investigate and contact me, which didnt happen,
the website sonic.com has no other means for contacting them except telephone, or logging in to the support area, which is currently (the last month) experiencng problems,
those are my experiences with your company, in other words terrible!
is there anyway I can get my money back?
I bought this program for the sole purpose that it can handle subtitles, which it obviously doesnt,
now, I have to get a different program, and this has cost me a lot of money and time especially since I am having to redo the dvd autohoring in a different program, entering new subtitles, and all the time wasted trying to figure out a way around this,
by the way, your support is the worst i have ever experienced!
thanks,
contact me by email if you wish,
you have my email address if youre the moderator,
by the way, if you google "10923" you'll find a few other people,
my advise to everyone out there,,, if you wanna do subtitles, dont waste your time and money on sonic's products,
