Hi there all.

Earlier (UK time) I tried several times to copy a dvd movie from C drive AND from the actual disc in the DVD read/writer using 'Copy DVD Movies' but each time I tried to do so, the 'Product Activation' window opened and each time I followed the prompts but eventually things just froze up while it tried 'Connecting to Server' - even though I was connected to the internet AND logged in to the Roxio web site!. A couple of times a messaged appeared  stating that there had been an error and to try later, which I did but still no luck!

Can any one please advise me what course of action I should take to rectify this issue as I am unable to use the DVD Copy feature as yet!

Many thanks.  :)

By Jim Hardin: Grandpabruce may be terse in some of his replies, but that is no excuse for the tone of your rebuttal.

I deleted it. Follow his advice by going to the topic marked "Activation" and see what others have encountered and how it was resolved.
