[size=5]I am creating a slide show, from my photo's( In Video Wave)  from Europe and I am putting background music to the slidesWhat is the best way to edit and put the background music in to end with the slide show and adjust the duration to each slide so that the audio ends properly and does not just drop off in the end?
Cam you also cut & past audio as you would a word docutment?  If so how.

Please make this easy for me...

     Thanks

It is best to create your production/slideshow using Videowave. Place your still images on the Video track, and the background audio in the Music track. There is a Fit to Audio feature so that the duration of the images are adjusted to fit to the total duration of the audio. I don't have V8 but in V9, the usage is described as follows:

Synchronizing audio to the production

You can adjust the duration of the images and video clips to match the duration of the background audio clip.

Choose Production >Fit to Video & Audio. The Fit to Audio dialog box appears, informing you what the duration of the items in the production will be if they are resized to match the duration of the audio.

Click OK to accept the change. The video is adjusted to the audio duration.

If you want to do an extensive sound editing, use the Sound Editor application. You can split or join several audio clips as well as fade in/out, adjust vloume and many others.
