Hi, I'm not sure if this is exactly the right forum or not, but I think I'm more in the correct forum here than in the ToGo forum.  I don't have any problem downloading a TV show from TiVo to my computer (I'm using a Macbook Pro, running WindowsXP in Parallels Desktop (virtual machine mode)).

Whenever I try to use MyDVD8 and try to "Create or Edit DVD Project" I get a nearly grey screen with no functioning buttons on it at all.

If I instead try "Quick DVD Creation" I get a functioning screen, but when I go to import the TiVo file that I have previously downloaded to my computer, the whole Quick DVD Creation screen hangs after I click "open" to load the file.  (I can still go back to the main "Roxio Home" screen though and click on other project links.)

I'm a bit frustrated as I spent $49 for this program and have not once been able to get it to work.

Does anyone have any ideas or worked through a similar problem?
