Formatting DVD RW Disc Oh Geeze!!!!

Hi folks: I'm new to the forum but have used Roxio forever. With version 9 it seems everytime I put a RW dvd disc in dvd burner to format it will only let me do the quick format.........can't do the full format. Also even without the format (and on any blank dvd disc) If I go to properties using drag to disc I see there's 3.66kb used on the disc before I've done anything.!!! :) :huh: Never had this with other versions including version 8. This is annoying to say the least. If I want to copy a disc that used version 8........I don't have the room on a new disc to copy it fully.

Any ideas? Magic Spells? Prayers? would be appreciated.

hmmm.... way a crows foot over the computer a few times and then uninstall drag to disc.

Update the firmware for your burner and then try to do the full format
