When trying to create/save a new production with VideoWave using Creator suite 9, i get the following error:

"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Error". It says "This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information." A second dialog box after that says something about a pure virtual function call....

I am not able to use video wave AT ALL because of this. I'm running Windows XP Pro SP2 with all latest updates. Any clues?

If Roxio sends me the debug dlls, I find the problem :)

Got the same problem  - found a fix in knowledge base using 'msconfig';  found it easier to go to 'Control Panel' - 'Administrative Tools' - 'Services' and find Roxio UPnp Renderer, Roxio UPnP server and Roxio Media DB, right-clicking, select properties and set startup to automatic, rebooting and the problem, for me, did not re-occur
