I tried to use all and any of the key board otion during the playing of a dvd ie space bar, plus or minus for volume......n for next charter and nothing works.

what's your computer spec? It took some time for the keyboard command to take effect on my machine and for a moment I thought it wasn't working either... however, it did work tho...
