this problemis driving me mad,i purchased emc9.got the page where it gives you the serial numbers and download links.but when i click on' download' for emc9,it starts, then the download speed drops dramatically,to the point where it's going to take between 12 and 24 hours todownload.
i live in ibiza and the internet connection with telefonica is unstable to say the least,so it makes it impossible to complete the product download.
and now after many attempts it says i can no longer download the product, saying i've downloaded it too many times.
i've defragmented my computer and cleaned of all registry issues, spyware and viruses.yet still no joy i've contacted support at roxio there only suggestion was hopeless.
and yet i mistakenly purchased toast 7 a few days before and it downloaded in about 90 minutes.
three days trying to download emc 9 HELP!

As far as being over the limit on downloads, send customer service an email and see if they can reset the limit for you. I'm sure if you explain your circumstances, they will work with you on it.

I would contact Roxio and explain < i mistakenly purchased toast 7 a few days before> and >when i click on' download' for emc9,it starts, then the download speed drops dramatically,to the point where it's going to take between 12 and 24 hours todownload.

Ask them to refund Toast, and pay for the backup cd for the download V9. Wait for the physical cd to be shipped and then install.
If they are unwilling to work with you on it! Call your credit card company, explain the problem they will give you your options!

If Toast 7 is purchased directly from us within last 30 days, there wouldn't be any problem for refund... Contact Customer Service and it can be done easily... as for the download limit issue, Customer Service would be able to help you as well... cdanteek's suggestion for ordering a physical disc might be a good option for you...
