Hope somebody can help me, my problem is that my menus in mydvd le are all upside down in the preview option when i press the play button the menu comes up but reversed. the video seems to play just fine, i haven`t tried to burn a movie since i`ve discovered this problem.my dell crashed on me and had to be wiped back to its original condition when i got it. and i couldn`t bring movie files in because codecs were not recognized so i went to limewire to to get what i needed and ever since i`ve had this problem not sure if this is my problem or if its because my sister installed three different codec zip files i usually leave all the technical stuff to her because i dont know anything at all about computers but recent events make me think i should take an interest in leaning more.if you can help explain how to fix my problem without all the tech talk or give me some basic guidence as to what i should do that would be great.

If the software came pre-installed with your Dell computer (sure sounds like it did), contact Dell, as they provide all support for THEIR OEM version of the Roxio program.

No quick fix. Haven't seen that problem before. Suggest you check with your software supplier.
If you've been using Limewire I suggest you get your system scanned and cleaned, because it's bound to be running things you didn't want.
