No permission bad installation

Hi, What do you do when this activation box does not come up but only the message No permission - bad installation? because this is what I get all the time. I know the product has been installed correctly so I do not understand this message.

First, make sure you have turned off firewalls and pop up blockers or any Internet security and try again.
