hello, thanks in advance for your support as many other people here i have the issue with my dvd9 stoping when i enter the burn process. i've read all the othe posts and followed their advice to no avail. the only thing different from the other post i saw is that when it stops processing it dosen't lock up just stops. when i activate the burn process the hard drive is active for about 2-3 min then everything stops at o% progress.

                    pentium D 2.8ghz
                    1gig of ram
                     radeon x300 video card
                     directx 9.0c
                     windows xp sp2
